NevBorn has a message to send, way beyond their five mysterious horizons. Could it be that post-hardcore still has a beating heart ? How do these 5 swiss youngsters dare to pretend to bring anything new to the table ? Heavy drums, massive simplistic riffs and screamed vocals interrupting melancholic spatial ambiances. We all heard this 20 years ago already - but this also means they're born with it ! This sad, violent and introspective music flows naturally through their veins and poisons matthieu hinderer's urgent and touching vocals. What could have been a well-educated stylistic homework reveals itself as a true physical journey. Sincere emotions transcripted in guitar distortion that are about to blast the last depressive remains of your adolescents frustrations.

This is my favorite Cloudkicker release. Every song is its own life form. Each track, in it's own unique way, develops from a single celled organism into a civilization with each peak and valley representing advancements in emotional and musical intelligence. I love everything Ben does. Marco Deleon
Album that is mostly stripped of the heaviness to bring you a laid-back, melodic approach to post-metal. I absolutely love the string opera that is created here. The subtle side of Rosetta is probably the best side. FLESH MECHANIC
As a fella who's dabbled, extensively, in the realm of home-recording, I'm blown away at the quality and creativity of this guy's work. This music resonates a frequency, in me, that seems to drown everything else out. I haven't selected a favorite track, because it's too difficult to choose. Can't wait to hear his future releases. derised
